Marine Gyulumyan was born in Yerevan, in a family of artists. She started to compose since her young school-age days. From 1996 to 2000 she received her initial musical education in the class of Robert Amirkhanyan in the Composition Department of the State College of Variety and Jazz Art by creating songs which maintain their aesthetic value up to this day.
